Entrance Awards & Scholarships:

Canada Star Golden Achievement Award:

One high-performing new student may be eligible to receive this entrance award, which offers a 100% tuition waiver for the first year of full-time study at Canada Star Secondary School.

Canada Star Outstanding Performance Award:

This one-time $5,000 entrance scholarship is open to any student who can demonstrate outstanding performance in any area of visual arts and design, sports, music and performing arts or academics.

Top University Bridge Scholarship

This scholarship is open to domestic students who demonstrate a high academic standing and involvement in their school and/or community, as well as the goal of entering one of the top universities in the world. We award a one-time entrance scholarship that matches the student’s average score percentage at the time of application. (e.g., 90% average score -> 90% scholarship on tuition fees). Learn more.

Other Awards & Scholarships:

Canada Star Principal’s Scholarship:

Graduating students carrying a full course load and maintaining an annual average score of 92% or more will be eligible to receive this award, valued at $1,000.


Canada Star Honors Award:

These awards are presented annually to any student who has maintained an average score of 86% or higher for one academic year while carrying a full course load.

Canada Star Diversity Scholarship:

We want to recognize and support young people from different backgrounds who are committed to being actively involved and promoting diversity in their community. Recipients will receive up to $5,000 for each academic year of study, up to a maximum of $25,000 over five years of studying at Canada Star Secondary School.
