All application fees are non-refundable including: School Application Fees, Custodian Application Fee, and Homestay Application Fee. Refund payment will be processed within four weeks of receiving the request

Students will be granted refund if the following circumstance is met: Student will NOT be granted a refund under the following circumstances:
• Full refund less application fee ($200) if student authorization is not approved by Canadian Immigration (letter of rejection from High Commission must be included).
• One half (1/2) of the full tuition fee if the student withdraws prior to start of program
• One third (1/3) of full tuition fee if the student withdraws within 15days of start of program.
• The student receives a Study Permit by using the Canada Star Secondary School’s Letter of Acceptance.
• The student is expelled from Canada Star Secondary School.
• No refund will be provided if the student withdraws more than 15days after the start of program.
